Shipping conditions

All products in the category "Festival & Outdoor activities" are shipped free of charge within Germany. All products from the section "Cold Chain Solutions" are available plus VAT and shipping costs. VAT is only omitted for deliveries to other EU countries if the VAT-ID is stated.

Terms of Payment

The invoice amount is to be transfered in advanve to the account stated on the invoice, which contains all details for the transfer and is sent by E-Mail. The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount shown on the invoice to the account stated on the invoice within 3 days after receipt of the invoice. Payment is due from the date of invoice without deducation. The customer is only in default after a reminder.

• Payment via Stripe (credit card, immediate, Giropay, Apple Pay)

Delivery Periods

If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 days in Germany and within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed payment after the date of your payment instructions) in the case of deliveries abroad.

Please note that there is no delivery on sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
