Declaration

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The right of withdrawal is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, which is not the forwarder, appointed by you, has taken the goods last.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (easy2cool GmbH, Bauerstraße 5, 80796 Munich / Tel.: +49 9571 9462404, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration for example a letter sent by post or an E-Mail.

You can use for that the attached sample of the withdrawal form, though this is not prescribed. In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal 

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances any fees for this repayment will be charged. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delayand in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
